En un bloque tranquilo de L Street, el desarrollo de 476,267 pies cuadrados del West End Square 37 da forma a un rincón urbano dinámico y atractivo. La masificación escultórica del proyecto es generada por las condiciones únicas del sitio y su confluencia como un vecindario situado entre el National Mall, Georgetown y Dupont Circle. La fachada escalonada expresa cada unidad residencial, ofreciéndole ventanas de esquina y un intercambio visual individual directo con la ciudad.

On a quiet block of L Street, the 476,267 square foot West End Square 37 development shapes a dynamic and inviting urban corner. The sculptural massing of the project is generated by the unique conditions of the site, and its confluence as a neighborhood situated between the National Mall, Georgetown and Dupont Circle. The stepped façade expresses each residential unit, offering it corner windows and a direct individual visual exchange with the city.
