El nuevo puente sobre el Río Polcevera representa un nodo fundamental para las conexiones por carretera y el transporte en Génova, Liguria y el territorio italiano. Tras el colapso del puente Morandi el 14 de agosto de 2018, su rápida reconstrucción apunta a convertirse en un modelo para la renovación y adaptación de la infraestructura italiana con un alto significado social, económico y estratégico.

The new bridge over the Polcevera represents a fundamental node for road connections and transport in Genoa, Liguria and the Italian territory. Following the collapse of the Morandi bridge on 14 August 2018, its rapid reconstruction aims to become a model for the renewal and adaptation of Italian infrastructure with a high social, economic and strategic significance.
