Riga: la capital de Letonia fue una de las ciudades industriales y portuarias más grandes y avanzadas del noreste de Europa en el período anterior a la Primera Guerra Mundial.
‘Hanzas Perons (Plataforma Hanza, en castellano): el trabajo reciente de Reinis Liepins y Sudraba Arhitektūra combina elementos antiguos y nuevos, donde el encanto del patrimonio y las innovaciones de la nueva arquitectura se mezclan en armonía. Siguiendo esta tradición de renovación y regeneración de la «escuela» de Riga, este edificio reciente alcanza también un nuevo nivel de claridad, sofisticación e innovación.

‘Hanzas Perons (Hanza Platform, in English) — the recent work of Reinis Liepins and Sudraba Arhitektūra is one of this kind, combining old and new elements, where charm of the heritage and innovations of the new architecture blend in harmony. Following this tradition of Riga renovation and regeneration ‘school’ this recent building reaches also new level of clearness, sophistication and innovations.
