Descansando en lo alto de una suave y continua pradera siempre verde, enfrentando el mar interior de la Isla grande de Chiloé, esta casa es a la vez media y doble. Media, porque es el encuentro interrumpido entre un cono y un cilindro. Doble, porque la substracción de una forma rectangular en la base de tales figuras genera un par de habitaciones equivalentes en ambos extremos de una secuencia lineal, una dirigida hacia el sol directo y amarillo y la otra hacia el sol indirecto y azul

Sitting atop a pleasant and continuous evergreen meadow, overlooking the inner sea of Chiloe Island, this is both a half and a double house. Half, because it is the interrupted encounter between a cone and a cylinder. Double, because the subtraction of a rectangular form at the base of the previous figures generates a pair of equivalent rooms at the extremes of a linear sequence, one facing the direct yellow sun and the other the indirect and blue one.
