RESUMEN
La periferia de Lima se ha desarrollado gracias a la conurbación de los asentamientos urbanos informales, la mayoría en estado de vulnerabilidad físico-social. Dando origen a las OSB (organizaciones sociales de base), como estrategias de supervivencia. Generando un elemento que funciona como catalizador y ente articulador entre asentamientos urbanos.
Se plantea un megaproyecto que permita el desarrollo urbano y promueva la regeneración urbana en áreas residuales.

ABSTRACT
The periphery of Lima has developed thanks to the conurbation of informal urban settlements, the majority in a state of physical-social vulnerability. Giving origin to OSB (or grassroots social organizations in English), as survival strategies. Generating an element that functions as a catalyst and articulating entity between urban settlements. A megaproject is proposed that allows urban development and promotes urban regeneration in residual areas.
