El proyecto es el resultado de un proceso que se alargó en el tiempo debido al estado general del edificio en donde su ubicaba el ático. Cuando se empezó proyectar, el edificio estaba en fase de rehabilitación, los trabajos se demoraron mucho más de lo que estaba planificado y además, modificaron la configuración inicial del ático puesto que se ocupó la parte central del mismo con la caja del nuevo ascensor.

The project is the result of a process that took a long time due to the general state of the building where the attic was located. When the project began, the building was undergoing renovation, the works took much longer than planned and also modified the initial configuration of the penthouse: the central part of the penthouse was occupied by the new lift shaft.
