Este proyecto se concibe con la premisa de minimizar su impacto en el entorno, buscando que la casa se perciba más chica de lo que realmente es. Para esto se semi-entierra el nivel inferior de la casa (que contiene las áreas sociales y de servicio) y se le da un tratamiento de carácter rústico y orgánico, pues es el nivel que se relaciona físicamente con la naturaleza, mientras que, en contraste, el nivel superior, el que contiene a los dormitorios, se plantea como un bloque puro (totalmente revestido en madera) aparentemente simplemente apoyado sobre el terreno.

This project is conceived with the premise of minimizing its impact on the environment, looking for the house to be perceived smaller than it really is. For this, the lower level of the house (which contains the social and service areas) is semi-buried and it is given a rustic and organic treatment, since it is the level that physically relates to nature, while in contrast, the upper level, the one that contains the bedrooms, is considered as a pure block (completely covered in wood) apparently simply resting on the ground.
