El proyecto de reuutilización de la antigua fábrica de Caproni se centra en mejorar las características de diseño de la arquitectura de la década de 1920, al tiempo que la transforma en un edificio funcional y eficiente, destinado a satisfacer todos los requisitos de la empresa. Después de ser un hito para la ciudad de Milán y sus habitantes, cuando albergaba la compañía de aviones italiana más prometedora, el sitio urbano fue abandonado durante varios años.

The redevelopment project of the old Caproni factory focuses on enhancing the design features of the 1920s’ architecture, while transforming it in a functional and efficient building, meant to satisfy all company requirements. After being a landmark for the city of Milan and its inhabitants, when it was hosting the most promising Italian aircraft company, the urban site was abandoned for several years.
