JKMM ha completado un nuevo plan de vivienda llamado Albertinpiha en Jyväskylä, la ciudad más grande del centro de Finlandia conocida por los edificios diseñados por Alvar Aalto del período temprano y posterior. El plan se encuentra en el barrio de Kangas, una antigua zona de fábricas de papel cerca del centro de la ciudad y es parte de un desarrollo de 120 000m2 del área planificada para albergar a 5000 personas.

JKMM have completed a new housing scheme called Albertinpiha in Jyväskylä, the largest city in central Finland known for its early and later period Alvar Aalto buildings. The scheme is in the Kangas quarter, a former paper mill area close to the city centre and is part of a 120 000m2 development of the area planned to house 5000 people.
