La Apple Store en el nuevo Zorlu Center de Estambul ha sido diseñada en colaboración con Apple y es la primera de una serie de nuevas tiendas en todo el mundo. El proyecto es también el primer edificio en ser completado por la práctica en Turquía. La tienda está coronada por una espectacular linterna de vidrio iluminada colocada en una piscina reflectante de agua; esto proporciona la pieza central similar a una joya del plano en
forma de media luna del centro comercial y actúa como un pozo de luz, atrayendo la luz del
día profundamente en los niveles subterráneos.

The Apple Store in Istanbul’s new Zorlu Center has been designed in collaboration with Apple and is the first of a series of new stores around the world. The project is also the first building to be completed by the practice in Turkey. The tent is crowned by a spectacular illuminated glass lantern set in a reflecting pool of water; This provides the jewel-like centerpiece of the plane in crescent shape of the mall and acts as a light well, drawing light from the day deep in the subterranean levels.
