Bevel es una nueva versión de la estética chic industrial, completa con las terrazas de gran tamaño características de la firma y el acceso a patios y jardines interiores. El edificio de alquiler de 202 unidades en Long Island City utiliza una fusión de hormigón y vidrio para formar un espectacular atrio de 85 pies en el corazón del edificio. A partir de ahí, la fachada escalonada crea una forma «biselada» única, lo que permite que más de la mitad de las unidades tengan grandes espacios privados al aire libre, ya sea con vistas al horizonte de Nueva York o hacia el interior de los jardines botánicos del edificio.

Bevel is a fresh take on the industrial chic aesthetic, complete with the firm’s signature oversized terraces and access to inner courtyards and gardens. The 202-unit rental building in Long Island City utilizes a fusion of concrete and glass to form a dramatic 85ft atrium in the heart of the building. From there, the stepped facade creates a unique “beveled” shape, allowing more than half of the units to have large private outdoor spaces, either looking out to the New York skyline, or inwards to the building’s botanical gardens.
