Este proyecto completa y consolida todo el frente -mirando hacia el sur es el lado izquierdo- de la cuadra 10 de la Avenida Camino Real, en el distrito de San Isidro, como propiedad, ya acumulada, de la PUCP. Es decir, un frente urbano que va desde la esquina con la calle Esquilache, por la izquierda, hasta la esquina con la calle Roaud y Paz Soldán, por la derecha.
Comprende tres edificios. De izquierda a derecha: el Centro Empresarial Esquilache, el recientemente construido Edificio de Oficinas y Centro de Convenciones y finalmente el Centro Cultural de la PUCP. Nuestra oficina (Reynaldo Ledgard, Arquitectos) fue proyectista de los dos primeros (construídos en dos etapas), desde el 2006 hasta la fecha. El tercero, el Centro Cultural, data de los años 90 y fue realizado por otros arquitectos. Sin embargo, hoy en día, los tres se encuentran en la misma propiedad.

This project completes and consolidates the entire front -facing south is the left side- of block 10 of Camino Real Avenue, in the district of San Isidro, as property, already accumulated, of the PUCP University. That is to say, an urban front that goes from the corner with Esquilache street, on the left, to the corner with Roaud and Paz Soldán streets, on the right.
It comprises three buildings. From left to right: the Esquilache Business Center, the recently built Office Building and Convention Center and finally the PUCP Cultural Center. Our office (Reynaldo Ledgard, Architects) was the designer of the first two (built in two stages), from 2006 to date. The third, the Cultural Center, dates from the 1990s and was carried out by other architects. However, today, all three are on the same property.
