Por más de 30 años el balneario de Asia ha experimentado distintas etapas, su concepción, su rápido crecimiento y pico de popularidad hasta el día de hoy siendo un lugar tradicional para veraneantes que lo mantienen vigente. La arquitectura refleja estos distintos momentos y en muchos casos puede ser revisada hoy en día.
Bajo ese contexto, la vivienda intervenida tenía unas fallas estructurales importantes que obligaron a mis clientes a demoler la mitad y remodelarla. Esta oportunidad me permitió trabajar de la mano con mis clientes para darle una nueva cara a la casa e intervenir y actualizar los acabados interiores.

For more than 30 years, Asia beach in Lima has experienced different stages, its conception, its rapid growth and peak of popularity until today being a traditional place for vacationers that keep it current. The architecture reflects these different moments and, in many cases, can be revised today.
In this context, the intervened house had important structural flaws that forced my clients to demolish half of it and remodel it. This opportunity allowed me to work hand in hand with my clients to give the house a new face and intervene and update the interior finishes.
