La casa rehabilitada e intervenida tiene alrededor de 70 años, es una casa patrimonial que ha sido testigo de la transformación del barrio y la ciudad. Por sus espacios han frecuentado muchísimas voluntades, por tal motivo sus paredes guardan huellas de eventos humanos realizados a lo largo del tiempo: el tiempo inicial, una fábrica de café Moca (±1950), posteriormente una fábrica cultural -Pobre Diablo y conteiner- (2000 y 2017), y el tiempo actual que incluye una fábrica del conocimiento -Impaqto La Floresta- (coworking), una galería y un restaurante -Terra- (2019). El proyecto arquitectónico indago en estos tiempos, los respeto y los enfatizo, integrándolos como un palimpsesto (manuscrito que conserva huellas de otra escritura anterior).

The restored and intervened house is around 70 years old, it is a heritage house that has witnessed the transformation of the neighborhood and the city. For its spaces they have frequented many wills, for this reason its walls keep traces of human events carried out over time: the initial time, a Moca coffee factory (± 1950), later a cultural factory -Pobre Diablo and container- ( between 2000 and 2017), and currently it includes a knowledge factory -Impaqto La Floresta- (coworking), an art gallery and a restaurant -Terra- (2019). The architectural project investigates these times, respect and emphasize them, integrating them as a palimpsest (manuscript that preserves traces of another previous writing).
